Regina, Saskatchewan - Regina Lyric Musical Theatre is thrilled to announce that it will be presenting Disney's Beauty and the Beast at the Regina Performing Arts Centre from May 24-26, 2024.
This beloved classic tells the story of Belle, a young woman who is taken prisoner by a hideous beast in his castle. Despite her fear, Belle soon learns that there is more to the Beast than meets the eye, and she eventually falls in love with him.
Regina Lyric Musical Theatre's production of Beauty and the Beast will feature a cast of talented local actors and singers, as well as a live orchestra. The show will be directed by Regina-based theatre director Gail Bowen, who has previously directed productions of The Sound of Music, Annie, and Les Misérables.
