Veteran Coach Brings Experience to Carolina
19 Years in NFL, 15 as Head Coach
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (February 14, 2023) - The Carolina Panthers have added another experienced coach to their staff, hiring Jim Caldwell as a senior assistant.
Caldwell, 68, enters his 43rd season in coaching, including 19 years in the NFL. He has spent 15 years as a head coach, leading the Indianapolis Colts and Detroit Lions.
Frank Reich, the Panthers' new head coach, is shaping his staff with the addition of Caldwell. Caldwell's vast experience and knowledge of the game will be valuable assets for the Panthers as they prepare for the 2023 season.
